Key Updates Relabelling of Microsoft Flow to Power Automate This update is more informational as it won’t affect how existing flows execute. Microsoft is rebranding of Microsoft Flow to Power Automate and therefore from January 30 the service health and message center will refer to the new Power Automate name. You should plan for this change by providing update information to your administration staff.
Refreshing Microsoft Search in Bing user experience Microsoft Search in Bing collates search results from the web and your organisation, with the new changes a new “work” tab will available to assist highlight work related materials returned via a search.
Key Updates Several nice updates this Week:
New feature: Welcome a new colleague into Teams: Microsoft have updated their announcement stating this feature starts rolling out December 2019 and should be completed by mid January 2020. If you do not see this feature, expect to see it soon. New feature: Enhanced scheduling experience in Teams: This feature is expected to rollout mid February 2020 and introduces a new look with additional features when scheduling meetings from within Teams.

Updated Feature: FindTime, updating back-end service: FindTime currently stores data within Azure, with the changes the scheduling information will be stored within an organisations mailbox. Here’s an overview of how FindTime currently stores data - Click here for more information New Feature: Microsoft 365 Roadmap, adding RSS feed for individual features: Due to popular demand, Microsoft are enabling the ability to track individual updates for the Microsoft 365 roadmap.
Microsoft Teams Chat Service early migration option Microsoft have updated the Office 365 message center for Australian tenants with an information update regarding the migration of core customer data from a data center within region (a data center outside of Australia, located within the APAC region) to Microsoft’s Australian data centers. The announcement allows customers to opt in prior to 1st July, 2020 to ensure data is migrated prior to the 1st July, 2022.
Microsoft continually refine features and release updates to their Microsoft 365 platform.
