Introduction Working collaboratively using Microsoft Teams requires people to store their files and have conversations about their work within teams. Teams work well within the context of storing files and allowing people to initiate conversations about the work they are completing, however filing, storage, and reviewing of email has been lacking in ease of use and essential features. There are many use cases for teams, and one that is extremely popular the ability to quickly create a collaboration space for a project.

Microsoft greatly improved the speed to which people can quickly and easily create collaboration spaces using teams. Microsoft’s default stance is that the ability to create these spaces should be democratised as it helps assemble groups of people to get their work completed at a quick pace. There’s been much discussion surrounding how to best control and govern how teams are created to ensure consistency and manageability across an organisation.

And so begin my new adventures of writing down my ideas and thoughts whilst working with Office 365 and the many services and applications it provides. This is something I have been wanting to kick start for quite some time, however for the last few months the time available to do so hasn’t been there. However, that may be a good thing as I’ve been working hard to assist people and organisations realise the benefits of Office 365 and now it’s time to start sharing what’s happening in this space, and here I just may be able to provide insights that may assist you.
